    Number one : Only do meets- up, :))
    - Free meet up at from Pasir Ris to City Hall.
    - Otherwise, it could be nego.
    - Charges for mrt route would be :
    .Green line - $1
    .Red line - $2
    .Purple line - $3

    Number two : Collection methods by meet up ONLY, because i am not doing any preorders so you could pay and get the stocks you want right away, but you have to let me know in advance, at least 1 day.

    Number three : Please be on time during meet up.

    Number four :Please note that there is no BACKING OUT once confirm.

    Number five : Will not be responsible for damaged goods.

    Number six : Once items are sold, they are non-refundable or exchangeable..

    Number seven : Colours may be different due to poor quality pictures or lighting..

    Number eight : Please clear your doubts, before purchasing anything..

    Number nine : There should be NO DEADBUYERS, otherwise would be BLACKLISTED..

    Number ten : FULL PAYMENT have to be made during meet up..
